Sharif University of Technology (SUT) and Izmir Institute of Technology (IzTech) held a three-day online joint workshop during 14th -16th September, 2020. This online program was organized by the Office of International Affairs of SUT and IzTech’s International Office. 15 SUT faculty members and 16 IzTech faculty members partook in this program and provided presentations on their latest research projects. Around 150 scholars from both universities attended this online event. The workshop presented a great opportunity for SUT and IzTech faculty in the fields of “Nanotechnology”, “Biotechnology”, “Renewable Energy”, “NBICs”, and “Design and Architecture” to collaborate on their research projects and discuss potential directions for future collaborations.
