Dr. Mehdi Behzad, a faculty member of the Mechanical Engineering Department at Sharif University of Technology, has been awarded the CM Innovation Award by the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing (BINDT). The award was presented during the CM 2025 International Conference, held at the University of Edinburgh.
The CM Innovation Award is granted annually in recognition of significant contributions to research and practice in Condition Monitoring. Dr. Behzad was honored for his innovative work and long-standing efforts in advancing monitoring techniques across a range of industrial applications.
BINDT selected the award recipient following a review of Dr. Behzad’s services, research, and innovations in the field. His recognition highlights the growing role of Iranian researchers in international scientific and engineering communities.
