Petroleum Engineering of SUT stood in the first place of Iran and rank 19 globally in the latest QS ranking
According to the recent subject ranking report released by QS on July 7 2021, Sharif University of Technology stood at rank 19 globally in the field of Petroleum Engineering from among 75 qualified universities. In this update, three novel fields of Geology, Geophysics, and Petroleum Engineering were added to QS subject ranking. Sharif University of Technology, University of Tehran, and Amirkabir University of Technology are the only Iranian universities present in this ranking.
Academic reputation, reputation among employers, citations, and H-index are the most important assessed indicators at which SUT succeeded to rank 11, 27, 43, and 43 respectively.
